Here’s an overview of the 8 critical tests we perform on all our engines:
Compression Test

Leak-Down Test

Visual & Functional Inspection
We perform a detailed inspection to confirm there are no leaks (oil, coolant, or fuel), and that all mounts, belts, pulleys, and manifolds are in good condition. We also verify a smooth idle, no smoke, and no unusual knocking or vibrations.
Run Test / Cold & Hot Start Test
Each engine is started and tested both cold and warm to check for proper idle stability, throttle response, and consistent performance under real-world conditions.
